Estimators
Include QCP project certification in your estimate with just three easy steps.
In doing so, you ensure your bid fulfills the project requirements for architectural woodworking, you verify that your bid includes the certification costs and you communicate to the architect and the general contractor that you are fully prepared to execute and certify this project as per the project documents.
Confirm the project has been registered. If not, register the project.
Quantify the cost of certification in your estimate (1/2% of the contract value or $500, whichever is greater).
Qualify your licenses by submitting them with your bid proposal.

In doing so, you ensure your project fulfills the specifications. You obtain the labels and/or certificates of compliance in time, you plan for success by including all the necessary leaders, and you communicate to the architect and the general contractor that you are fully prepared to execute and certify this project as per the project documents.
