QCP Website Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

This website is provided by AWI Quality Certification Corporation (AWI QCC). Please read this page carefully before using this website. This page details the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) under which visitors (hereinafter “you” or “visitors”) may use the www.awiqcp.org website (“Website” or “Site”), the content of which is owned by the AWI QCC. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Website.

Visitors who choose to visit the Site do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for their conduct while visiting or using the Site.

AWI QCC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Therefore, you should check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Website after changes to these Terms and Conditions are posted indicates your acceptance of those changes. AWI QCC may terminate, change or suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time.

Privacy Policy

AWI QCC is committed to preserving your right to privacy. In some areas of our Site, we may request that you provide personal information, including your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and any other information from which your identity is discernable. For example, if you communicate with us through the “Contact Us” page, or order any of our products or services using our online order form, we will collect that information to respond to your request or fulfill your order, or for any other purpose set forth in this policy. AWI QCC stores its customer information in a password-protected database to fulfill your requests for certain services. All information you submit to us is confidential and we do not sell or otherwise disclose such information to third parties, except to those third parties with whom we have contracted to fulfill your service request on our behalf. In those cases, we require third parties to respect the confidentiality of your personal information by using it only for the limited purpose of fulfilling your request and by not selling, transferring, or otherwise disclosing your information to other parties. All AWI QCC personnel and any persons or entities assisting them with online activities are required to make no use of your personal information, other than for the purposes described in this policy. This Website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are under the age of 13.

AWI QCC may use your personally identifiable information to provide information about our services, programs, or activities, to confirm a service request, to fulfill a service request, or for other transactional purposes related to your relationship with AWI QCC. If you receive a “commercial” email message from AWI QCC that advertises or promotes its products or services, you will have the ability to chose to “opt-out” or unsubscribe from future commercial email messages sent by AWI QCC. Please note that if you request to opt-out of receiving commercial email from us, we may continue to send you email messages pertaining to your transactions or business relationship with us and other non-commercial messages.

We may collect non-personally-identifiable information about your computer and navigation patterns. When you visit our sites, our systems automatically note your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your computer’s operating system, the browser you use for Internet access, and the specific web pages visited during your connection. We may also track data such as the total number of visits to our websites, and the number of visitors to each page of our websites.

We use non-personally-identifiable information to determine which pages you visit, and in what order your visit them, in order to help us improve our sites. We also use non-personally-identifiable information in aggregate form for system maintenance and to better understand how our visitors use our site and services so that we can make them better. We may share statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with third parties for marketing or research purposes. This aggregate data will not contain any information that personally identifies you.

Refund Policy

Concurrent with the QCP Policy Book, participant application and renewal fees are non-refundable. Upon request and as long as no services have been provided, certified firms are eligible for a refund of project label/certificate fees, minus the minimum $250 processing fee.

Delivery Timing Method

Once payment has been received and processed, confirmation will be sent out within 24 hours to the firm placing the order indicating its request has been processed. Payment must be received and verified before any additional information is sent. If the payment information submitted by a firm is insufficient, the firm will be contacted and asked to confirm the payment details and/or to resubmit payment via another method.
